How long does shipping take?
Within Germany, it should not take longer than 2 days. Europe might vary but should not take longer than a week. Depending on where else in the world you live, shipping may take up to 4 weeks. 

Will there be a tracking number?
Yes, but only for international orders outside of Germany. The tracking number will be sent to you via e-mail as part of your order update. 

I did not receive my order. Can I get a refund?
I am very sorry! Sometimes, postal services can be slow or negligent in their duties. For this reason, I provide a tracking number (does not apply to shipping to Germany). Please contact your local postal services to determine where your shipment is. At this point in time, I am unable to refund lost packages. 

Do you have photo samples of your merchandise?
If you would like to preview the merchandise, shoot me an e-mail at leafybungreens[at]gmail.com and i can send you vids and photos!

How long do I have to wait for my pre-ordered merch to arrive?
That wholly depends on how many people pre-ordered and how fast the print office will be. Charms usually take about a month to be processed, prints about a week. However, with the ongoing pandemic, I wager it will take about another month or two before their offices are open for business again. 

Will there be more merch in the future? Can I make suggestions?
Hopefully, if enough people are interested. You can also let me know if there's something you'd love to see ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
